Our Dedicated Team

Jacob Bounds, MSW, LICSW

Jacob serves as our Director of Clinical Services, overseeing and providing a wide range of therapeutic services. With more than 7,000 hours of clinical experience working with individuals affected by substance use disorders, he brings extensive knowledge and expertise to the behavioral health field. Jacob specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and anger management interventions, helping clients develop practical skills to achieve lasting change. He earned his Master’s Degree in Social Work from Marshall University.

Cristen Wyatt-Young, MSW, LGSW

Cristen is a Lead Mental Health Therapist specializing in substance use and mental health counseling. Her background in social work emphasizes trauma-informed care and recovery-focused treatment, allowing her to help clients navigate challenges and build lasting positive change. She specializes in couples counseling, helping clients build stronger relationships through improved communication, understanding, and connection. Cristen earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Marshall University and is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and wellness.

Natasha Reed, MSW, LGSW

Natasha is a Mental Health Therapist with extensive experience treating substance use disorders and supporting individuals, couples, and families. She specializes in couples counseling, helping clients build stronger relationships through improved communication, understanding, and connection. Natasha earned her Master of Social Work degree from Marshall University and is dedicated to helping clients achieve meaningful and lasting growth.

Waylon Bryant, MSW, LGSW

Waylon is a veteran and Mental Health Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, families, and veterans through life’s challenges. After serving in the United States Air Force, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Middle Tennessee State University and later completed his Master of Social Work degree at Marshall University. His background in military service, community outreach, and clinical social work provides a strong foundation for helping clients achieve meaningful growth and lasting wellness.

Camilla Canterbury, LGSW

Camilla is a Mental Health Therapist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). She has experience working with adolescents, substance use disorders, and a wide range of mental health concerns. Camilla earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Charleston and her Master of Social Work degree from Marshall University in 2023. She is dedicated to helping clients build confidence, develop effective coping strategies, and achieve meaningful growth.

Madalyn Maier, MSW

Madalyn Maier is a Master of Social Work graduate from Marshall University with experience working with children, adolescents, and individuals facing substance use challenges. She is passionate about supporting youth and helping clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they navigate life’s difficulties. Her clinical approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, using these methods to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. She values creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can grow at their own pace and work toward lasting well-being.
